yummy mummy’s offers fitness classes, personal training and education to ante and postnatal women in banbury, oxfordshire. i have almost 10 years experience within the fitness industry and am fully qualified in ante and postnatal exercise. i am registered at level 3 on the register of exercise professionals (reps) and am a member of the guild of pregnancy and postnatal instructors. more importantly, i am a mother of two and understand how it feels to be pregnant and how hard it can be to get back in shape after delivery.

*please note that exercising during pregnancy is beneficial as long as your pregnancy is low risk and free from complications and you choose an exercise programme that is suitable during pregnancy. for this reason, it is advisable that you seek advice from your gp, midwife or qualified antenatal instructor so that you can adapt your usual exercise programme accordingly or partake in a specific antenatal exercise class. |
